Modified Toyota MR2 Mk2

Ryan's awesome MR2 has appeared in numerous publications, including a major feature in a recent issue of Max Power.

No pictures really do justice to the car's nuvola blue alfa flip paint; it's an amazing shade of light blue that shimmers and shines as different colour lights reflect off its surface. 

We strongly recommend that you look out for one of its regular car show appearances so that you can see it in the metal.  We saw it in the Max Power top 100 and Ryan's MR2 may well feature at the Ultimate Street Car event at Santa Pod on 5th-8th August 2005.  You can't miss it, and you wouldn't want to.  You can vote online for Ryan's car here

Power output is boosted to 265 bhp thanks to a 2.0 twin entry turbo, HKS air filter, HKS exhaust, Greedy intercooler, TB Development Grainger valve, Blitz dump valve, samco hoses, trd ignition lead, Tom's motherboard chip and Hyper sr Downpipe

Transmission Specification

The engine is linked to a 5 speed standard box via an EBC performance clutch

An Apex lowering kit reduces the ride height by 30mm

Security System

Not surprisingly the whole package is protected by a first class car security system comprising a  Sansong LCD 2 way remote start car alarm system and a cat 1 immobliser

Performance Figures

Thanks to the above changes, the car not only looks great, but it's also running at 265bhp and as a result has a 0-60 time of just 5 seconds flat.  That's a cool 2.7 seconds faster than a standard UK speck MR2 Mk2.
